Terms & Conditions

Effective from 18 January 2026

1. Provider Identification

Business name: GLOPE – Glopestudio

Provider: Sandra Antony

Business ID: 23647345

Email: studio@glope.co

Place of business: Czech Republic

2. Scope of Services

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the provider (hereinafter "provider" or "we") and the client (hereinafter "client" or "you") in connection with the provision of website creation services.

The provider undertakes to deliver a website based on the client's order, in accordance with the specification and scope agreed upon within the selected service package.

3. Order & Contract Formation

3.1 Cart order (standard process): The client selects a package or add-ons and adds them to the cart. They then fill in a project brief (intake form) BEFORE payment. The brief specifies the project scope, website purpose, target audience, visual preferences, and other requirements. The brief is the primary basis for project execution. After completing the brief and agreeing to the terms and conditions, the client proceeds to payment via the Stripe payment gateway.

3.2 Alternative order: The client may also contact the provider by email (studio@glope.co) with a question or custom request. The provider will send the client a quote, a cart link, or a payment link within 48 hours on business days.

3.3 The contract is formed at the moment the client's payment is received in full.

3.4 After successful payment, the client receives a confirmation email from Stripe. The provider will begin the project based on the completed brief and the agreed scope.

4. Payment

4.1 Package prices are listed on the provider's website. All prices are final. The provider is not a VAT payer.

4.2 Payment is always 100% upfront, by card online via the Stripe payment gateway.

4.3 No deposits, no balance payments. The project begins upon receipt of payment in full.

4.4 Additional services (add-ons) beyond the ordered package are invoiced separately according to the current price list and are paid in the same way — 100% upfront.

4.5 After successful payment, the client receives an automatic confirmation email from Stripe. An invoice can be issued upon request.

4.6 Express delivery: The client may request a shortened delivery timeframe for a surcharge of +30%, +50%, or +100% of the package price. The express surcharge is paid separately after the main package price has been paid. The provider will send the client a payment link (Stripe) or bank transfer instructions. The project in express mode begins only after the express surcharge has been paid. Express timelines shorten the standard delivery time by 30–70% (e.g. the START package from 5–7 days to 2–5 days).

5. Client Materials & Cooperation

5.1 The client undertakes to provide all materials necessary for project execution, including texts, photographs, logo, colour schemes, and other assets as specified in the intake form.

5.2 If the client does not have certain materials (texts, photographs), they may use the optional copywriting service or stock photo selection assistance according to the current price list.

5.3 The client warrants that they have the right to use all provided materials and that their use does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

5.4 Deadlines stated in the project schedule apply only on condition that all necessary materials are provided by the client on time.

5.5 Materials submission deadline: The project starts after payment is received. If the client has not submitted materials or completed the intake form (brief) within 14 days of payment, the project delivery date may be shifted accordingly.

6. Project Scope & Changes

6.1 The project is executed based on the intake form. The form is the primary basis for project execution.

6.2 Additional ideas or scope expansions requested after the form has been submitted are not automatically included in the price. They are handled as paid add-ons.

6.3 Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as specified on the website (1–4 rounds depending on the package).

6.4 Definition of a revision round: One revision round means one consolidated set of feedback on a completed section of the website. Revisions are intended for fine-tuning and improving the completed work, not for changing the brief or adding new features.

6.5 If the client uses up the number of revision rounds included in the package, additional rounds are charged as an add-on service according to the current price list.

6.6 Revision requests must be submitted in a clear written form (by email) within 7 calendar days of delivery of the relevant project phase.

6.7 Work outside the agreed scope: Work outside the agreed project scope and beyond the included revision rounds (e.g. changes to the brief, adding new features, additional consultations) is charged at 1,290 CZK per commenced 30 minutes of work.

7. Communication

7.1 The project is based on the intake brief (questionnaire) completed by the client. The brief is the primary basis for project execution and defines the scope of work, requirements, goals, and client preferences.

7.2 Communication after the brief is submitted takes place primarily in writing (email), so that all information is clearly documented and the client has everything in black and white.

7.3 The client receives a regular progress summary (typically once a week for longer projects).

7.4 Response time: within 48 hours on business days.

7.5 There is no unlimited or ongoing communication.

7.6 The provider may use phone contact free of charge only in exceptional cases where it benefits the project (e.g. quickly clarifying an urgent matter). Phone communication is not a right, is not a standard part of any package, and the client has no automatic entitlement to a phone consultation. Consultation calls beyond the project scope are available as a paid add-on (30 minutes for 1,290 CZK).

8. Delivery & Acceptance

8.1 The provider undertakes to deliver the website within the timeframe stated in the respective package or according to the individually agreed schedule.

8.2 Upon project completion, the provider will present the client with a website preview for final review.

8.3 The client is required to review the website and communicate any feedback within 7 calendar days. If the client does not provide feedback within this period, the website is deemed accepted.

8.4 After acceptance, the provider will launch the website (deploy it to hosting) or hand over all files and deployment instructions to the client.

9. Hosting & Domain

9.1 Domain and hosting are not included in any package.

9.2 The provider will assist with selecting a suitable domain and hosting and will handle DNS configuration.

9.3 IMPORTANT - Hosting for Next.js websites: Next.js websites CANNOT be run on traditional shared hosting (e.g. Wedos/Forpsi shared hosting). The provider recommends the following modern platforms:

  • Netlify - free tier available, modern platform
  • Railway - modern platform, from approx. 500 CZK/month

  • START and STANDARD packages: Deployment as an optional add-on (2,490 CZK)
  • BUSINESS and PREMIUM packages: Deployment included in the package

9.6 The provider does not offer ongoing hosting or domain management. This covers one-time deployment and basic DNS setup only.

9.7 The client is responsible for paying hosting and domain fees directly to their hosting provider.

9.8 The provider is not liable for hosting availability, outages, or technical issues caused by a third party (the hosting provider).

10. CMS (Content Management System)

10.1 A CMS allows the client to independently edit texts and images on the website without involving the studio.

10.2 CMS is not included in the START or STANDARD packages. It is available as an add-on:

  • CMS Basic (text and image editing) – 9,990 CZK
  • CMS Premium (text and image editing + blog + advanced features) – available on individual request only

10.3 BUSINESS package: CMS is an optional add-on.

10.4 PREMIUM package: CMS Basic is included in the package.

10.5 The provider will supply the client with basic instructions for using the CMS. Extended training or support for CMS usage is available as an additional service.

10.6 The provider is not responsible for content the client uploads to the CMS, nor for any technical issues caused by the client's incorrect use of the CMS.

11. Security & Access

11.1 For security reasons, the provider never accepts passwords, API keys, or login credentials for hosting, domain, or other services.

11.2 The client adds the provider as a collaborator via email invitation (similar to sharing a document). The client retains full control and may modify or revoke access at any time.

11.3 The provider assumes no responsibility for the security of login credentials that the client manages within their own services (hosting, domain, CMS).

11.4 Should the client choose to provide the provider with any login credentials, they do so at their own risk, and the provider recommends changing them immediately upon completion of the work.

12. Intellectual Property & Portfolio

12.1 Upon full payment for the work, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered website for their business purposes.

12.2 The provider reserves the right to use general components, templates, and code structures created within the project for other clients as well.

12.3 The provider has the right to feature the completed project in their portfolio, on their website, and in marketing materials as an example of their work (reference). If the client does not agree to the project being used as a reference, they must inform the provider before work begins.

12.4 The client may not sell, rent, or otherwise provide the website's source code to third parties without the provider's prior written consent.

13. Liability

13.1 The provider is responsible for proper execution of the work in accordance with the agreed specification from the intake form.

13.2 The provider is not liable for:

  • Damages caused by improper use of the website by the client or a third party
  • Outages caused by the hosting provider
  • Infringement of third-party rights resulting from the use of materials provided by the client
  • Data loss resulting from the client's or a third party's error

13.3 The provider bears no responsibility for content supplied by the client.

13.4 The provider does not guarantee specific business results, visitor numbers, or website conversions.

13.5 The provider's liability for damages is limited to the price of the work.

14. Withdrawal & Order Cancellation

14.1 The client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its formation (from the date of payment), provided the provider has not yet commenced performance. In such a case, the amount paid will be refunded to the client within 14 days.

14.2 If the provider has commenced performance at the client's explicit request before the 14-day period has elapsed, the client loses the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

14.3 The client may cancel the order after work has begun. In that case, they are required to pay for the portion of work already completed. Calculation: hourly rate of 1,290 CZK / 30 minutes (see section 6.7). The provider will send the client a summary of time worked and the amount due. The remaining amount will be refunded to the client within 14 days.

14.4 If the client cancels the order before work begins (within 14 days of payment), the full amount will be refunded without deduction.

14.5 The provider has the right to withdraw from the contract if the client fails to provide the necessary materials despite repeated requests.

15. Personal Data Protection

15.1 The provider processes the client's personal data to the extent necessary for entering into and fulfilling the contract (name, email, phone, and where applicable, billing details).

15.2 Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR regulation and applicable data protection law.

15.3 The provider undertakes not to share the client's personal data with third parties without their consent, except where required by law or where necessary for contract performance (e.g. the Stripe payment gateway).

15.4 The client has the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data by contacting the provider at studio@glope.co.

16. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

16.3 The consumer has the right to use the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform established by the European Commission at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

16.4 The provider is entitled to participate in out-of-court consumer dispute resolution, but is not obligated to do so and does not actively offer this resolution.

17. Final Provisions

17.1 These terms and conditions form an integral part of the contract between the provider and the client.

17.2 The provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes do not apply to contracts already concluded.

17.3 All disputes between the provider and the client shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
